Our Service Process

Our service follows a quotation-based process:

1. Initial Enquiry: Customers submit their event requirements and relevant information to request a quotation.
2. Consultation and Assessment: We communicate with the customer to discuss the event scope, requirements, estimated workload and proposed arrangements.
3. Deposit Payment: Once the quotation and service scope have been discussed and agreed upon, the customer pays the required deposit to commence the agreed work.
4. Service Completion: We prepare and deliver the agreed event or banquet planning proposal in accordance with the confirmed requirements.
5. Final Balance: Any remaining balance is payable upon completion of the agreed work, in accordance with the confirmed quotation and payment arrangements.

All prices displayed on our website represent deposits only, rather than the full service fee. The total service price is determined following individual consultation and assessment. The applicable deposit, outstanding balance and agreed service scope are communicated to the customer before payment.
