Planning and Coordination for Gatherings with Friends and Family

Description

Suitable for gatherings of friends and family, class reunions, and holiday get-togethers. Our services focus on the number of attendees, the venue, the timing, and the format of the gathering. We handle the organization of requirements, process planning, dining schedules, and the coordination of guest arrivals. We prepare an execution plan tailored to the scale of the event and discuss specific requirements for each segment with the client. The engagement process involves receiving a quote, evaluating requirements, paying a deposit, and settling the final balance upon completion. The specific scope of services is determined by the agreement reached between both parties.
