Based on the number of attendees, venue, duration, and on-site conditions, we manage guest check-in, entry sequences, table assignments, dining flow, and event programming. Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with the client to ensure all specific requirements are met, resulting in a detailed execution checklist. Fees are determined by the scope of work and services provided; a deposit is required upon confirmation of the quote and scope, with the remaining balance due after the services are completed.
