The scope includes preliminary consultation, assessment of guest numbers and venue, coordination of the banquet program, guest reception, seating assignments, and on-site scheduling. For events with multiple segments, we create a phased execution checklist, ensuring that the specific requirements for each stage are confirmed with the client. Costs are determined based on the number of attendees, the duration of the service, and the actual scope of work. The engagement follows a standard process: quote confirmation, payment of a deposit, and settlement of the final balance upon completion of services.
