Description

We provide comprehensive arrangement services for group banquets of approximately 30-50 people. Initially, we understand specific needs based on the number of participants, event date, location, and banquet format, and organize arrangements for guest reception, number of tables, dining time, and event flow. We create a corresponding checklist based on site conditions and confirm each item with the client. Fees are assessed based on the actual service content and scope of work. A deposit is paid after both parties confirm the quote, and the remaining balance is settled upon completion of the agreed services.
